USAGE AND SECURITY OF THE WEBSITE
Evadat.ro is owned and operated by Evadat Games SRL, a Romanian company registered at the Trade Registry of Bucharest under no. J40/ 15555/ 2017, having the unique registration code 38200146, operational headquarters in Bucharest, Calea Serban Voda 193, district 4, hereinafter referred to as Evadat.ro.
The terms and conditions apply to the usage of the website by any visitor and must be read carefully before any use.
Evadat.ro saves no effort in providing you with the most up-to-date and accurate information on the evadat.ro website.
You are not allowed to connect to this website or use this website in whole or in part for any purpose that is fraudulent, illegal, defamatory, harmful or obscene.
Although Evadat.ro takes all the appropriate measures to protect your information, the internet is not a 100% secure environment. Evadat.ro is not liable to any person for direct or indirect, incidental damages, including (but not limited to) lost profits or income, loss of opportunity, cost of replacement for goods or services, loss or damage of data or interruption of business, resulting from any use of the site.
By booking your game and making a purchase on this website, you and all players on your team agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please make sure that all players on your team have read and understood all the Terms and Conditions before continuing to book the game.
None of the terms and conditions is intended to affect your legal rights. All these terms and conditions are subject to Romanian law and any dispute or request that cannot be settled amicably will be resolved by the Bucharest Municipal Court.
This website collects and stores your personal data that you provide to us. We will take all appropriate measures to protect your information and will not disclose it to any third party in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679.
Evadat.ro does not assume any responsibility for damages caused by the use of other Internet sites that may have a hyperlink on the Evadat.ro site.
Evadat.ro has the right to modify any of the terms and conditions of this site, occasionally, in order to update them with the legislation in force.
ESCAPE ROOM GAMES
Teams of 2 to 8 players can participate in an escape room game.
Children under the age of 14 can only participate in the escape room games if they are accompanied by an adult.
It is recommended that teams arrive 10-15 minutes before the time of booking. Participants will receive a brief presentation of the game and an instruction on the rules of conduct inside the escape room. In case of non-compliance with these rules, Evadat.ro reserves the right to interrupt the game without the possibility of a refund.
Our escape games do not require special skills or knowledge. You don't have to use physical force.
Players take full responsibility for any voluntary or involuntary action that causes physical or mental distress.
Due to the nature of the game, no video and audio recordings can be made in our escape rooms.
Participants understand and agree that the game is watched live by Evadat.ro staff, on surveillance cameras. The video surveillance of the participants is necessary and used exclusively for the appropriate development of the game and for the quick intervention in situations of strict necessity.
Personal items (handbags, purses, mobile phones, backpacks, laptops, food and drinks) will be left in the specially designed lockers for participants. They cannot be taken into the escape room.
Participation under the influence of alcohol or narcotics is not permitted. In these cases, Evadat.ro reserves the right to cancel or interrupt the game immediately, without refunding its value. Smoking is only allowed in specially designed areas. Access to the Evadat.ro premises in the possession of with any weapon is strictly forbidden. Evadat.ro staff is free to deny access to customers who behave in a manner that is abusive or inappropriate inside the escape rooms and may interrupt the escape room game at any time without reimbursing its value.
Participants agree to accept the confidentiality of the scenarios, clues, puzzles and all other details of the game. None of these items will be made public by the participants.
Evadat.ro may contact you for certain offers and occasional promotions, by e-mail or phone.
Participation of people suffering from medical conditions (claustrophobia, heart disease, panic attacks, asthma, epilepsy) which could affect their health after spending a maximum of 99 minutes in an enclosed space is the sole responsibility of these individuals. Evadat.ro does not assume responsibility for their participation in the game.
The player that makes the booking has the responsibility to inform the other players about the terms and conditions of our website.
BOOKINGS
The price of a game is displayed on the website in lei, both in the Prices section and in the Bookings section.
The price of a game is comprised of the price of the booking for the escape room and the price per player.
The price per room is fixed and directly proportional to the level of technology, authenticity and uniqueness invested in the room.
The total price per players is set according to the number of players in the same booking (maximum 8 players).

This website is available in Romanian and English.
Only players aged 16 or above have the right to reserve a game.
Bookings may not be transferred or resold for commercial purposes.
You are entirely responsible for the correct entry of your data in the online booking form.
If the team arrives more than 15 minutes late for the booked game, Evadat.ro may deny your entry, and the price paid is not refundable.
Prices and promotions displayed on this website are subject to change without prior notice.
Each team must have at least 1 adult over the age of 18. It is the responsibility of the adults in the teams to look after the players under the age of 14.
If there are players with mobility or accessibility issues, please let us know at the time of booking, so we can make arrangements in advance for them to enjoy their experience without worries.
If you find any incorrect information in the booking confirmation email, please let us know immediately so we can make the necessary changes in a timely manner.
If you would like to transfer your booking to someone else, please contact us in a timely manner to resolve your request.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings that we reasonably suspect to be fraudulently made.
ONLINE PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
When you make a booking for one of our escape rooms, you have the option to pay by card.
By booking the experience and making a purchase on the Evadat.ro website, you declare that you have the cardholder's permission.
Your card data is processed through Netopia mobilPay.
Your booking is only confirmed after payment has been made and you have received a booking confirmation email.
If you haven't received a confirmation e-mail, the reason may be incorrect filling in the e-mail address field. Please contact us by phone at 0721 EVADAT (382328) or by e-mail at master @ evadat.ro.
There are no online card refunds for canceled bookings, they will be rescheduled.
BOOKINGS RESCHEDULE
In case you need to reschedule your booking for any reason, please contact us by phone 0721 EVADAT (382328) or by e-mail at [email protected].
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your online booking and notify us at least 48 hours prior to the booking time, but we are unable to reschedule the booking to a date agreed by both parties, we will provide you with a voucher for a later appointment.
THE ESCAPE GAME
All players on the team will listen to and follow the instructions of the Game Master at any time during the game. These instructions include the mission of the game, the rules of the escape room, and health and safety instructions. If any of these instructions are not followed, we reserve the right to stop the game and escort the team out of the premises without compensation.
At no time is it necessary to use force during the game. If we determine that physical force is intentional, then it will be considered a violation of our conditions and we will stop the game. If you intentionally damage something, we reserve the right to claim damages.
If a player in a team misbehaves and does not follow the instructions of the Game Master, the entire team risks being escorted out of the game and premises.
Please do not bring drinks and food to our escape rooms.
VOUCHERS
A gift voucher is valid once the payment is completed and a confirmation email has been received.
A gift voucher is valid for 6 months, starting from the day it was purchased. Please contact us if you want to know the validity of the gift voucher at [email protected] or phone 0721 EVADAT (382328).
We do not offer refunds for gift vouchers.
At the time of booking, please specify in the "coupon" box the unique number of the voucher you want to use.
A gift voucher can be used for a single booking.
